JEFFREY CHAPLIN

Jeffrey is an experienced Regional/National Sales Manager with experience building important executive level relationships selling into both the enterprise as well as the public safety sector. His 30 plus years in sales, includes international freight/courier services, Group Health Insurance, Home Medical Equipment and Supplies and Enterprise Security Technologies to include Visitor/Identity Management, Biometrics and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.

The most recent position Jeffrey held was Regional/Global Sales at Imageware based in San Diego, California where he was promoting biometric Multi-factor Authentication solutions and integration of biometrics including facial recognition into mobile access control systems and mustering/gangway life safety solutions for the cruise line industry. While in this role Jeffrey called on CIOS/CSO as well as network security decision makers providing demonstrations of the authentication solutions to help organizations protect their networks from brute force cyber attacks and ransomware. He also called on dealer/reseller networks to promote the MFA solution as a white Label offering to partner customers making it their own.

Prior to Imageware Jeffrey was a Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast with RF Technologies, a leader since 1987 in the RFID technology industry developing technologically advanced solutions that improve the life safety and security of individuals in hospital and senior living environments. While in this role, Jeffrey generated sales of their hardware and software solutions including Wander Management and Nurse Call systems in the Southeast region of the United States, calling on Senior living communities with 50+ residents. He also drove business development activities for national and regional corporate accounts for enterprise volume discount programs.

Prior to RF Technologies, Jeffrey was the National Sales Manager with SISCO Corporation (Security Identification Systems Corporation), an Identity Management and cruiseline maritime tracking software solutions company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Their flagship product was A-PASS® which became the standard in the marine industry for Identity Management solutions on cruise ships and other vessels. They expanded from maritime credentialing into the enterprise market with their product, FAST-PASS®, to address the need for additional security required by companies to improve their visitor and employee management and tracking. For over fifteen years, Jeff sold their identity management software and hardware technologies to enterprise clients. In this role, Jeffrey increased sales over $2 million per year by building a large multi-national enterprise client base/referral network by creating effective cold call scripts and successful sales and marketing programs for the sales team. He secured millions in revenue selling enterprise security software and hardware solutions to hospitals-health systems, K-12, corporate, government, airports, law enforcement agencies, and resellers/dealers/integrators.

Prior to Imageware Jeffrey was a Regional Sales Manager in the Southeast with RF Technologies, a leader since 1987 in the RFID technology industry developing technologically advanced solutions that improve the life safety and security of individuals in hospital and senior living environments. Prior to moving to South Florida he was Vice President of Sales/Operations for 10 years at a New Rochelle, NY based Home Medical Supply company Briarcliff Medical Supplies. Jeffrey was in charge of sales, billing staff, operations, purchasing and delivery of patient supplies and equipment. Much of his time was spent building and maintaining important referral relationships with physicians, nursing agencies.

Jeffrey received his bachelor’s in General Studies with focus in business management and psychology from University of Maryland, in College Park, Maryland. He currently resides in East Boynton Beach with his wife Laurie.They have two grown daughters Amanda who graduated from Boston University and soon to be a Naturopathic Doctor studying at National University and Julia graduating from University of Florida pursuing a career in Residential Interior Design in New York with clients in NY, Florida and Connecticut.
