Manny is a Gulf War Veteran, and former CIO for the Air Force\u2019s Global Medical Modeling &#038; Simulation\nProgram, with over 24 years of expertise as an innovative leader. His broad experience as a technology executive spans across several\nindustries ranging from higher education to healthcare.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc08b60 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc08b60\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tA pioneer and catalyst for innovative technologies, Manny has served as a career CIO for several large organizations and has taught at 5\ndifferent universities. His accomplishments and reputation for successfully developing and implementing innovative projects, along with his\nPh.D. in Technology in Education, have resulted in many awards and keynote speaker engagements, including at Johns Hopkins, the National\nInstitute of Health (NIH), and many more. Dr. Dominguez has also attended leading executive education programs at Harvard Business\nSchool.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d79d75e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d79d75e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAfter being credited for standing up the world\u2019s largest medical training campus (the DoD\u2019s Military Education &#038; Training Campus) within 24\nmonths. (in his government sector CIO roles), Dr. Dominguez invented and implemented a state-of-the-art business intelligence system to\nserve 360,000 government employees, along with the world\u2019s first virtual-reality based hospital, and its first serious medical gaming\ndepartment for training thousands of clinicians. In addition, he launched the VA National Simulation Center in Orlando, Florida.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e0c41c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9e0c41c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEarlier in his career, Dr. Dominguez delivered a historic achievement for the US Military by successfully implementing its first EHR in two\nsimultaneous battlefields and in 9 surrounding countries. As a young US Marine, Dominguez served on the staff of General H. Norman\nSchwarzkopf for the duration of the Gulf War.
