My medical career spanning over 40 years of practice has touched the lives of individuals on a national and international basis. In addition, I have served in leading roles in multiple charities as well as establishing charitable events over the years.
As part of my early medical career, I was involved in motivational speaking at elementary schools, high schools and colleges for disadvantaged students to inspire them to go into medicine.
As a student at the Medical College of Wisconsin, I was a student director of the MCW career day program, a student outreach program for undergraduates attending local colleges.
While attending the MCW, along with the Dean of Students, I was able to institute and incorporate a business course into the medical school curriculum.
After graduation from the MCW residency program I became an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology. Later, I moved to the State of Georgia to help start an open-heart surgery program.
